Checking your finances is completely free.

You only pay if we successfully help you recover money.

At Money Ambulance, we handle claims on a No Win, No Fee basis through a Damages-Based Agreement (DBA).


This means there are:


If we do not successfully recover compensation for you, you will not pay our legal fees.



Your right to cancel

You have the right to cancel your agreement with us within 14 days of entering into your agreement with us.

There is no charge for cancelling during this period.

To cancel, simply contact us by email at customerservices@moneyambulance.com asking to cancel your agreement, referencing your claim ID



What happens if my complaint is successful?

If compensation or redress is recovered for you, we charge a success fee which is deducted from the amount recovered.

In addition, the total fee charged will not exceed the applicable monetary cap shown in the table below.

After our fee is taken, the remaining amount is used to help improve your financial situation:

Yes.
You are not required to use Money Ambulance to make a complaint or claim.
You can contact your lender directly free of charge or refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service yourself if you prefer.
Money Ambulance simply offers support and assistance throughout the process
